Access consultant review — reads the full Access Report, inspects drawings page-by-page, and checks every door, path, sanitary facility, ramp and parking bay against AS 1428.1/.2/.4.1 and NCC D3. Item-level findings with how-to-fix guidance.

Architect review — inspects the architectural set page-by-page at item-level. Every general note, wall type, door, window, finish and planning condition checked individually. Does not deep-dive consultant reports (use the discipline workflows for that).

Energy assessor review — reads Section J report (Class 2–9) or NatHERS certificate (Class 1/2), then verifies every window, facade, insulation, HVAC and PV commitment is reflected on drawings. Flags NatHERS-vs-drawing mismatches as invalidating.

Building-surveyor structural documentation check — geotech + structural spec read cover-to-cover, structural drawings checked for code compliance (AS 1170 / AS 3600 / AS 4100 / AS 1684 / AS 3700 / AS 3660). Not a peer review of computations.
